He is a corporate attorney with 25 years of experience specializing in venture capital, mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings based in Los Angeles. He represents clients in diverse fields including technology, media, financial services, cleantech, manufacturing, life sciences and telecommunications. Prior to forming Foundation Law Group, he worked for some of the largest and most prestigious law firms internationally including Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, DLA Piper and Steptoe & Johnson. He is an avid soccer fan.
